TAP is a brand of bottled water with a twist. Instead of being filled water, the bottle is empty and contains a message to fill up the bottle from the tap. Tap water is environmentally friendlier (no pollution, no congestion to get it to you), is healthier (it is fresher and there is less chance of impurities) and it’s at least as tasty (as blind tests show).
TAP will also be a campaign to bring to the world’s attention that many people in the world do not have access to clean water in heir daily lives. A stream of income generated from the sale of TAP go towards supporting water projects in the developing world.
TAP was inspired by NEAU, a brand created in the
Netherlands
which has the potential to rival Perrier. Both TAP and Neau are ethical products and for a better world.
TAP was developed as a pilot initiative ion 2008 with ad agency Provokateur, when a website was launched alongside a limited edition of TAP bottles.
