Meenal Sachdev is co-founder of Connect India (www.connectindia.org.uk), a youth-driven effort to inspire young people in the UK of Indian origin to play a role in shaping their communities, both locally and globally. Connect India’s core programme is Indicorps (www.indicorps.org), which is an initiative to harness India's growing and talented diaspora for grassroots development in India through community service. Indicorps hopes to show that it is the commitment and time of India's most talented minds, not just financial resources, which will drive effective development. 

In addition, Meenal serves as Director of a family foundation dedicated to actively seeking, developing and implementing projects that will contribute to the progress of India’s social development.
